More scope.
Fewer layers.

AO is deliberately small. We turn down more work than we accept. The work we choose carries real consequences for the infrastructure people depend on.

You work directly with senior practitioners, founders and clients. Our team comes from national laboratories, intelligence, Special Operations and infrastructure operations. Expect broad responsibility, demanding problems and a clear connection between your judgment and the result.
